Nucleus is the Research Support Service of the University of Salamanca and gathers a set of Services equipped with highly specialized personnel and the latest technology. Nucleus concentrates a group of experts around a common goal: to become a reference portal for the socio-economic and educational environment from which citizens, companies and R & D centers can access the resources of high added value with which the academic institution counts, raise demands or establish collaborations.

Nucleus develops its activities in three areas:

  1. Provision of research support services
  2. Technological development (tuning of new methodologies)
  3. Design, development or collaboration in research and teaching projects.

In our website you will find detailed information about the organization of Nucleus, services, personnel, projects, publications, courses and other scientific and training activities.

The operating regulations of the NUCLEUS Research Support Service (in spanish)  are approved by the Governing Council of May 2014 (and modified on july 2008, may 2014 and april 2017).
